Please read, fill out and sign Puppy Contract with any Puppy Deposit. Once you have signed Contract please email  a copy to HavaneseCubanCuties@gmail.com. 

For anyone that would like to pay with a credit card (3.5% fee will be added), you will be required to Fill out and Sign the Credit Card Receipt Approval document below

NO puppies will be Held or reserved without Contract and/or Credit card approval receipt, if applicable.
